Your first visit, step by step
Whether your dentist sent you or you found us yourself, a first visit goes like this.

Before the visit
Call or send a request. Ask your dentist's office to send your X-rays, or bring them. Fill in your health history on our private patient portal; please keep it out of email and the contact form.

When you arrive
Come a few minutes early. Our front desk confirms how you will pay and answers questions about the fee.

The examination
We listen, examine the tooth, and take the images we need. Then the endodontist tells you what they see, in plain words.
- 04
Your decision
You hear your options and the estimate for each. You may decide that day, or take it home and call us.
What to bring
Have these with you
A short list makes the first visit easier. If you forget something, we will tell you what we still need.
ID and plan card
Your photo ID and your dental plan card, if you have one.
Images and notes
X-rays or a note from your dentist, if you have them.
Medicines and allergies
A list to tell the clinician in person. Please leave it out of the form.
Your questions
Written down, if that helps. We go through them before anything starts.
